*225GM-UNIT Method:

1. Add coconut juice from 2 young coconuts to plain water till 3000ml.

2. Add 200gm of sugar, coconut flesh and coconut jelly powder to the solution.

3. Mix well. Turn off the flame. Pour into moulds and set in refrigerator. Serve best when chilled.
